The London Borough of Jam
The London Borough of Jam was founded in 2011 by the former pastry chef at St John Restaurant, Lillie O'Brien. All preserves are made in small batches and cooked for a shorter time compared to more mass-produced brands. This result is a flavour which is honest and more fruit-driven, rather than sugar-driven. All the preserves contain no more than four ingredients and are all dairy-free & vegan.
